What size should I choose?

Our hoodies are unisex and larger than standard sizes. You will find below a table allowing you to make the right choice.

 

What are the payment methods?

You can pay on our website by check or via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Aurore card, Discover, COFINOGA or privilege card and 4 star card. We guarantee that the transfer of information you provide to us online is safe. Select your payment method when placing your order.

 

What are the deadlines?

Deliveries are made by colissimo within about 15 days. If you are away from home during the delivery, the package will be placed in a package near you over.

If you pay by check, the period may be longer because we expect to have received your check to send the command.

 

How to order?

To place an order you need to create a customer account. Then, fill a basket and then click on the cart and then on order and follow the 6 steps of payment. You will receive an email when creating your account and a confirmation of your order by email.

 

Is there a shop in Paris?

The Paris store is closed for the moment. Thank you for making purchases through the online store.

 

Is it possible to get flags, stickers, placards and whistles?

Flags, stickers, placards and whistles are distributed free only during the events of the Collectif Manif Pour Tous.

How can I track my package?

Once the package is delivered to Colissimo you can track the delivery of your package on the Colissimo website http://www.colissimo.fr/ Your parcel number is indicated on your customer account.

 

My order was not yet "in preparation" what's happening?

It is possible that the items you have ordered are not yet available. We expect that each item to be available to send it to you.

 

I would like to cancel my current order. Is this even possible?

If your order appears in status "payment accepted", "pending payment by check" or "in preparation" you still have the option to cancel it by contacting us quickly.

If your order status appears "being delivered" unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it because it will have already left our premises.

 

The refund will be made by bank transfer to your account if you paid by card. If you paid by check, we will ask you to send us your bank details to make a transfer.

 

I would like to change my order and the delivery address. Is this possible?

If your order appears in status "payment accepted", "pending payment by check" or "in preparation" you still have the possibility to modify or change the shipping address by contacting us quickly.

If your order appears in status "pending delivery" or "delivered" we are unfortunately unable to edit it because it has already left our premises.

 

I would like to add an item to my order. Is this possible?

If your order appears in status "payment accepted", "pending payment by check" or "in preparation" you still have the option to add an item by contacting us quickly.

The payment of the new item will be by check only, delivery time will be longer because we expect to have received your check to send the next command.

 

If your order appears in status "pending delivery" or "delivered" unfortunately we can not add any item because it has already left our premises.

If ever the item received is not the one ordered (inversion package or preparation mistake) La Manif Pour Tous is committed to exchange it (subject to stock availability) or refund you. In this case, log into your account with your email address and password and contact us.

The item I received is damaged, what can I do?

If ever the item received is damaged, La Manif Pour Tous is committed to send it to you to the extent of available stocks, to exchange it (subject to stock availability) or to refund you. In this case, log into your account with your email address and password and contact us

 

I received my items but the size does not fit me, can I exchange it?

If your items do not fit, it is possible to exchange them. We ask you to send us your items received and a check to pay the shipping costs for sending the new items.
